Cancellation policy

Cancel 60 days or more before arrival for a full refund. For cancellation less than 60 days before arrival, only the 20% reservation deposit is retained.

No payment is taken with your request. After host approval, the reservation is confirmed once receipt of the 20% deposit is verified. The balance is due no later than 1 day before arrival. No cash or payment at the property.
