Booking terms

Comfortably sleeps 6 guests, with accommodation for up to 8 on request using the extendable sofa in the living room.

4-night minimum stay

Check-in: 15:00. Check-out: 11:00.

Entire apartment: €120 per night. Mandatory cleaning: €200 per reservation. Pet extra-cleaning: €100 per stay, regardless of size or length of stay.

Availability is synchronized with Airbnb. Final availability is confirmed by the host after your booking request.

No payment is taken when sending your request. After host approval, a 20% deposit confirms the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 1 day before arrival. Payment at the property and cash are not available.

After approval: card (Stripe), PayPal or bank transfer. Payment instructions are supplied by the host. A bank transfer is paid only once receipt has been verified.

Online payment is not available here yet. Contact the host for verified payment instructions after approval.

Cancel 60 days or more before arrival for a full refund. For cancellation less than 60 days before arrival, only the 20% reservation deposit is retained.
